Vacant Property Registration
The City of Lake Worth Beach requires registration of foreclosed, vacant, and unimproved properties to ensure they are properly maintained and monitored.
The City of Lake Worth Beach adopted a Foreclosed, Vacant and Unimproved Property Registration Program more than 10 years ago, which is now administered and managed by the City. Properties that require registration are identified by determining whether or not they are vacant, unimproved, have no active utility account, or are in or have been declared to be in default or mortgage foreclosure.
Registration Requirements
If a property falls into any of these categories, property owners are required to register the property with the City.
Registration applications are available through the City's website or at 1900 2nd Avenue N, Lake Worth Beach, Florida 33461. All completed forms, together with payment, should be submitted to the same address.
For any additional questions or concerns regarding the registration process, please contact the Code Compliance Division at [email protected] or call 561-530-1832.
