Our Divisions

The Public Works Department consists of several Divisions that each play an important role in maintaining our public infrastructure and keeping our City facilities, parks, and roadways safe and clean for those who live, work, and play here.

Streets

Maintains 116 miles of paved roads/alleys, 20+ miles of unpaved roads, sidewalks, and signage.

Facilities Maintenance

Carpentry, electrical, AC, painting, plumbing, and outsourced service contracts for City-owned facilities.

Grounds

Maintenance of parks, playgrounds, public spaces, and rights of way throughout the city.

Fleet

Maintenance and repairs for all City-owned vehicles and equipment.
