City Commission meetings are livestreamed, and public comments can be submitted online. Commenters may speak live via Zoom or have the City Clerk read their comment. All comments must follow the Rules of Decorum.
City Commission meetings are livestreamed for all to view. Public comments can be submitted online up to one (1) hour before the start of the meeting. Commenters may speak live via Zoom or have the City Clerk read their comment for Public Hearings, Unfinished Business and New Business items only. All comments must follow the Rules of Decorum.
How to Submit Public Comment
Those who wish to participate in Public Comment may submit their comment(s) via the City's website up to 15 minutes before the start of the meeting. There are two options for submitting a public comment:
Read your own comment live — Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email and a Zoom link to access the meeting. You must be logged into Zoom with your full name matching your comment submission.
City Clerk reads your comment — Check the box if you prefer the City Clerk to read the comment into the record at the appropriate time during the meeting.
Please do not email comments directly to the City Clerk as they might not be received in time. The first ten (10) comments submitted for each item will be read aloud. All Public Comment will be posted on the website once submitted.

Rules of Decorum
The City Commission has adopted Rules of Decorum for Citizen Participation which are posted in the City Hall Chambers, City Hall Conference Room, and online. Compliance with the Rules of Decorum is expected and appreciated. No inappropriate outbursts or interruptions from the public will be tolerated during commission meetings. Any portion of a comment that violates the Rules of Decorum will not be allowed to be read at the meeting.
Please do not email comments directly to the City Clerk as they will not be read at the meeting. Please Note: The City Clerk will read 30 minutes of comments for Public Hearings, Unfinished Business and New Business. All Public Comment will be posted on the website after submission.
