Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals

The Board shall consist of seven members who either are residents of, or have a business located in the City. Board members shall be composed of individuals with knowledge and experience in the technical codes to include, to the greatest extent possible, an architect, engineer, general contractor, electrical contractor, HVAC contractor, plumbing contractor, and any other contractor licensed category.
