Planning and Zoning Board

The Board’s function is to review and approve site plans for three units or more of residential development and all commercial development. This Board also reviews community appearance and has the ability to grant variance from the Lake Worth Zoning Code. Established by Ordinance 2014-02, the Planning and Zoning board, shall consist of seven (7) members. All members of the board shall be residents of or property owners in the city.
